Marirose Roach

Marirose Roach fights for the rights of spouses and children, providing legal representation in divorce, custody and support cases. She also provides volunteer services with Philadelphia VIP, a pro bono agency in Philadelphia.

A dual-sport athlete at Temple University, Marirose excelled in track and field and soccer at the Division I level. More recently, she has turned her attention to women’s professional football, starring with the Philadelphia Liberty Belles and Philadelphia Passion. Marirose was the LFL’s Offensive Player of the Year in 2010 and 2011. Consistent with her willingness to give back to the community, Marirose is the founder of FootballHers Inc., a non-profit organization created to advance the sport of football amongst young women. Marirose was a Member of the Advisory Board of the Black Women in Sport Foundation. Currently, she sits on the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Panthers Football Team and the Harambee Institute for Science and Technology Charter School. Representative clients include R&B songstress and BigScore Entertainment recording artist, Arika Kane, who has reached international success with worldwide record sales. Marirose’s practice includes legal representation and counseling related to:

Latasha Johnson is from Philadelphia and currently resides in Montgomery County. She is very passionate about the law and working in the legal field, it has always been a lifelong dream of hers.  She attends Purdue Global University, studying legal studies, and plans to further her education and become an attorney.

Anthony Smith was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia. He attended Incarnation of Our Lord School in Olney. After graduating from the 8th grade, he then attended Abington Senior High School. In 2014, after graduating from high school, he enrolled at Montgomery County Community College until 2017 when he received his Associate’s Degree in Liberal Studies. His interests in Criminal Justice started while he attended Arcadia University. He then transferred to Penn State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He has participated in a number of school events and volunteer work. In high school, he would regularly volunteer at Philabundance with other classmates sorting and packing donated food in preparation to be distributed to those in need. Two years in a row he participated in a walkathon known as Walk for Water, Walk for Life in Philadelphia. It is a walkathon raising money for people in Africa to be able to access clean water. For 8 years, Anthony was a performer with the Mutya Philippine Dance Company, which is an organization that educates and expresses their culture through dance, art, and music. In his final year at Penn State, he reactivated The Criminal Justice Association. It is a student-led organization dedicated to learning, networking, and educating those who are interested in learning more about the field of Criminal Justice. He was also an intern with The Women’s Center of Montgomery County and acted as an abuse hotline counselor and advocate against domestic violence. He has retail experience, working at ACME in Jenkintown for a year and a half. Anthony started at Roach Law as an intern and has now become a legal assistant.
